Our Leadership
As Anglicans, our ultimate oversight in faith, doctrine, and practice comes from our bishops—that is, we are episcopally-led (from the Greek episkopas, “overseer”). In addition, we are synodically-governed (from the Greek, sunodos, “walking together”), meaning the majority of discernment for mission and ministry happens at the local level through a team of ordained and lay people set apart to lead our parish. Our bishop is The Rt. Rev. Dr. Jeff Bailey.
