Our Staff

  • Michael Funderburk

    Rector

Before being called to the priesthood, Fr. Michael taught middle and high school humanities and theology and worked at a non-profit outreach to refugees. After discerning a call to Holy Orders and being ordained to the priesthood, he served as Director of Pastoral Care at Christ Church Plano before being called to All Saints Waco. Fr. Michael enjoys creating space for others to hear how God is already working in their world, and then from that place of attentiveness, guiding them out into the world of others to share the good news of God's Kingdom found in Jesus Christ. When he’s not serving at All Saints, he enjoys books, music, and exploring Cameron Park with his wife, Jana, and their three kids, Gigi, Ruthie, and Luka.

  • Kathryn Aughtry

    Ministry Coordinator

Kathryn loves the work of equipping others in their vocations and callings. As part-time staff at All Saints, she brings administration experience from the worlds of higher education, academic research, non-profit human services, family education and ministry, and church planting. She holds degrees in human development and family studies and is certified as a family life educator. Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family outdoors exploring God’s creation or indoors curled up with some tea and a good read-aloud.

  • Matthew Aughtry

    Assisting Priest

Filmmaker, priest, and chaplain. Before helping plant All Saints, Fr. Matthew served the ACNA at Christ Church Waco and ACNA/C4SO at Resurrection Los Angeles. He works for Baylor University as a chaplain overseeing ministry to artists and working to foster a deeper imagination for God’s kingdom through various artistic mediums. He is also a Brehm Scholar in Theology and Film at Fuller Theological Seminary. He is married to Kathryn and they have two children, Ethan and Lucy Mae. On some weekends they can be found exploring Texas and beyond in their pop-up camper.

  • Erin Moniz

    Assisting Deacon

Deacon Erin loves to disciple and create content for emerging adults. As a chaplain at Baylor University, she is active in spiritual formation, mentoring, discipleship, and programming for young adults. She is the co-host for the Mutuality Matters podcast and a trained conciliator. She and her husband, Michael, were married in 2005 and ever since, have been blessed to care for young people and live out the testimony of God's sanctifying work in relationships. When they are not narrating the inner monologue of their two cats, Erin and Michael love to hike, camp, watch movies, and partake of local fare with friends.
